This renovation grants residents full access to all amenities at no additional cost. A charming pedestrian bridge, exclusively for Barclay residents, conveniently connects them to these desirable outdoor facilities.
Fairmeadows’ outdoor swimming pool is a delightful complement to The Barclay’s heated indoor pool, making ours the only Life Plan Community in the area to offer both options. Residents can also enjoy tennis, pickleball and bocce ball at Fairmeadows, followed by relaxing around the fire pit with drinks, reminiscing about their best shots.
